The shipping price is very low and varies according to your country.
Our pieces are made with a lot of love for you! Normally the maximum time to send you is 7 business days, FedEx takes between 5 to 10 business days to deliver, it depends on your country.
Once you place your order, we will send you via email the tracking number of your order.

Each Rosamar garment is unique due to its handmade manufacturing, and the colors on the screen can be seen slightly different. For this reason, some color details may vary from photography, without affecting the quality and design of the silhouette.

At Rosamar we are 100% committed to offering you a product that you love! for that reason if the product do not fit as you expected you can request the change of your product by following the steps below.
Step 1: Fill out the change form (crear hipervinculo) once you have completed it, we will contact you (it may take up to 5 days).
Step 2: Once we have contacted you, send our pieces to the address we gave you when we contacted you.
Step 3: Make sure you have the tracking number, we do not respond for lost shipments, this is why you must be aware of the status of your shipment.
*IMPORTANT We accept changes for 30 calendar days after your purchase.
The cost of sending the pieces to our Rosamar facilities must be paid by you, however we
will pay for the shipping with your new garments.
Changes can be made for a different size or credit in our online store so you can choose another piece, as long as you have not customized your swimsuit.
Sending the form does not guarantee that your change will be approved, remember that it must be evaluated by our change area.
Changes may take 7 business days to be made once we have received the products you sent us.
We limit 1 change per purchase order and are subject to inventory availability.
